  1. First of all, you need to check if your device supports eSIM
  2. Then make sure that your device is up to date with the latest software
  3. Next, you need to reach out to the DITO customer service number to drop a request for an eSIM. You can do that through their website, contact number, or by visiting your nearest retail store
  4. Give out the necessary info that the customer service representative asks for, which may include existing SIM card number & other personal details
  5. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a QR code to activate your eSIM.
